Monday Magic

Join Jean live for a micro dose of wellbeing through mindfulness, connection, insights into self-understanding and self-compassion. Starting Monday, July 29th.

If you’re drawn to taking better care of your internal world, learning about relational neuro-science and conscious communication, experiencing moments of deep relaxation and calm, then join me in this offering as we explore practices to support your wellbeing.

30-Min Monday Dose of Wellbeing – almost free.

These Monday Workshops are essentially free but there is a suggested koha (gift) of $15.

I wouldn’t like money to get in the way of anyone participating, but if you are in a position to offer a small koha (gift) and are willing to contribute, you will help keep these sessions free for those in need.

Your Guide

My name is Jean and I have been involved in Primary Education across the world for over 25 years.

I am passionate about supporting the emotional wellbeing of our teachers and children, by creating and sharing powerful tools and strategies incorporating relational neuroscienceresonant language and somatic experiencing to promote empathycompassion and self-worth.

I believe that we all want to be known and accepted by ourselves and those around us.

It’s my honour and privilege to support you as you learn how to use resonant language and relational neuroscience to make your inner world a safe and compassionate place to be, and to develop skills that will help you express yourself truly and connect more deeply with others.
